Our US Operations team partners closely with merchants, creators, brands, and cross-functional teams to build high-growth business categories and create long-term value for both sellers and consumers. Responsibilities

• Develop category and business strategies by diagnosing key growth opportunities, structural challenges, and operational bottlenecks across TikTok Shop's Collectibles business.
• Partner closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement.
• Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work with product & tech teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness. Minimum Qualification(s):
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Experience in e-Commerce strategy & operations, category management, management consulting, or business strategy, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to execute solutions that drive measurable business impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a structured and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• A background in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly within marketplace, e-commerce, consumer technology, or consumer goods sectors.
