Tile & Grout Restoration Technician – Part Time
Flexible Weekday Schedule | $150–$300+ Per Working Day | Performance-Based Pay
The Grout Medic of Albuquerque is looking for a
dependable, hardworking technician to join our growing team on a
part-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants
flexible daytime work, hands-on projects, and the ability to earn based on performance without committing to a traditional 40-hour workweek.
Most work is performed
Monday–Friday during normal daytime hours in customers' homes throughout the Albuquerque area. Hours and days may vary based on the week's scheduled jobs.
What You'll Do
You'll be trained to perform services including:
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Grout color sealing
- Regrouting and grout repair
- Caulking
- Minor tile removal and replacement
- Shower and bathroom restoration
- Tile, grout, and natural-stone sealing
- Minor demolition and repair work
You'll typically manage your own assigned jobs, communicate directly with homeowners, document your work through company software, and leave every jobsite clean and professional.

We're looking for someone who:

Trade experience is a plus, but it isn't everything.
Experience in tile, flooring, remodeling, construction, maintenance, handyman work, painting, or similar hands-on work is helpful. We're also willing to train the right person who has strong work ethic, reliability, and mechanical aptitude.
Schedule & Compensation
This is a
part-time, commission-based position where technicians are rewarded for the work they complete.
Typical earning opportunity is approximately $150–$300+ per working day, depending on the size of the scheduled work, productivity, and performance.
Our goal is for trained technicians to consistently complete approximately
$1,000–$1,200 in customer work per day, creating an earning opportunity of approximately
$250–$300 per day.
Some days may involve smaller jobs and lower production, while larger or more productive days can provide additional earning potential.
This is not a traditional 40-hour-per-week position. Hours and days will vary based on scheduled work. It is designed for someone who values flexibility and wants the opportunity to earn strong income on the days they work.
As the company grows,
additional work, responsibility, advancement, and access to a company vehicle may become available to technicians who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, quality, and strong performance.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, stand, and work on floors for extended periods
- Comfortable using mobile apps and company software
- Primarily available during weekday daytime hours
