Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source People is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a company located in the 77043 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with forklift experience who enjoys working in a customer-focused warehouse environment. The selected candidate will assist customers, fill orders, maintain inventory, and support daily warehouse operations while adhering to company safety standards.Job Responsibilities· Assist customers with product requests and order fulfillment· Accurately pick, fill, and prepare customer orders· Restock inventory and organize warehouse materials· Operate a forklift safely and efficiently· Read and understand order forms, serial numbers, and product information· Perform basic math calculations related to inventory and order processing· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment· Support team members and assist with additional warehouse duties as neededRequirements· Previous forklift experience is required· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.· Ability to read and understand order forms and serial numbers· Basic math skills required· Strong attention to detail and accuracy· Commitment to workplace safety· Reliable transportation and dependable attendance· Ability to work effectively in a team environment· Flexibility to work varying hours, including SaturdaysAdditional Information· Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential· Team-oriented warehouse environment· Safety-focused workplace· Start time is 7:30 AM· Metatarsal PPE footwear is requiredDress Code· No basketball shorts permitted· Clean cargo shorts or Dickies-style shorts are acceptable· Clean, professional work shirt requiredImportant Note – Safety Sensitive RoleThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under applicable workplace safety guidelines.
