    Job Description

    Tile Studio Production Worker 
     
    Job Summary:
    A production facility depends on the workers keeping a solid pace in their work duties and therefore must be dependable and reliable in their attendance at work as well as staying focused on completing the projects.
     
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
    • Feed raw material into production machine
    • Assemble products on production lines.
    • Carry out basic quality checks.
    • Pack product to be shipped.
    • Must be able to work around water.
    • Maintain clean work area.
    • Safe Workplace: Practice safety around equipment/machinery. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following IWT prescribed work methods.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Able to work standing for extended periods of time as well as reach, bend and stretch.
    • Ability to work well with management, peers, and subordinates.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
    • Represent the cores values and policies of the company.
     
    Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent or 2 years experience in related field of expertise.

    Schedule:
    • 8-hour shifts – ½ hour unpaid lunch break
    • Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

    Hourly Rate:
    • $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
