Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionManage all phases of ground-up tilt-wall construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls. Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and scope management activities. Coordinate closely with Superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, owners, and trade partners. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Track project performance and proactively mitigate schedule, budget, and quality risks. Conduct client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and project objectives. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and project performance updates. Partner with field leadership to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation. Proven experience managing ground-up tilt-wall construction projects. Experience with industrial, warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, logistics, or large-scale commercial projects preferred. Knowledge of subcontractor management, contract administration, and change order processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
