Job Description
The Tilt-Wall Superintendent will serve as the onsite leader, overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring successful project execution.
- Lead all field operations from site mobilization through project completion
- Coordinate schedules and activities for subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Manage material procurement, deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards, building codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant
For the Tilt-Wall Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience completing 3 or more tilt-wall projects exceeding 150,000 square feet
- Background managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or distribution facility construction projects
- Demonstrated success leading field personnel, subcontractors, and multiple trades simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to driving projects to successful completion while maintaining a focus on safety and client satisfaction
