Description

Time and Labor Senior AnalystThe Time and Labor Analyst is responsible for ensuring daily tasks are delivered to meet service levels for clients. The role requires working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, understanding time and labor management concepts such as paid time off (PTO) management, time entry, and ensuring compliance with municipal and federal regulations related to hours worked, time off, and short‑term leaves.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Time and Labor team in the implementation of timekeeping.Assist with system implementation activities—requirements gathering, testing, and roll‑out.Support real‑time monitoring of Time and Labor systems.Ensure all processes are followed by the team.Provide ad‑hoc reporting support.Monitor performance and recommend actions to enable teams to meet service levels.Required ExperienceUnderstanding of workforce management concepts.Strong working knowledge of time entry systems.Intermediate Excel skills.Ability to travel up to 10% if needed.Preferred ExperienceWorking knowledge of timekeeping.3–5 years' experience as an analyst.BenefitsStrada offers a comprehensive benefits program including health coverage, wellbeing programs, paid leave (vacation, sick, parental), retirement plans, learning opportunities, and more.Background ChecksAll offers are contingent on successful completion of background checks, where permitted by law, including identity, education, employment, and in some cases, criminal history verification, global watchlist checks, credit reports, and/or drug testing.
