Job Description

• Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types.
• Job requires significant analytical skills, data entry and effective communication skills.
• Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions.
• Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states.
• Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts.
• Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner.
• Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Skills Required

• 3 years’ Time Collection experience with Autotime or a comparable system General knowledge of state labor laws MS Access Experience.
• Excellent communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel. Office Setting.

Education Required

• HS diploma or equivalent
