Job Description

We are seeking a Time Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client-facing implementation, Time solutions, and business process analysis and a proven ability to translate requirements into scalable configurations and drive successful client go-lives.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to deliver comprehensive Time solutions.
• Guide clients toward best-fit configurations based on business needs and constraints.
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and business processes to define requirements.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
• Recommend and incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches within the solution.
• Leverage broad product knowledge to propose alternatives and resolve issues.
• Address client issues and concerns and implement appropriate solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support client outcomes.
• Exchange routine project information with client team members including priorities and emerging issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a client service or customer service environment.
• 1+ year of business consulting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and system interfaces and document requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience implementing or supporting Time or related HCM/timekeeping systems.
• Experience with change management, training, or project coordination.

A college degree is not required. Alternative backgrounds are welcome, including equivalent experience or military experience. We recognize the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving strengths developed through service.
