Timekeeper (Bilingual)
Franklin, TX


TempExperts is seeking a bilingual Timekeeper for placement with a large industrial and manufacturing company in Franklin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys working with payroll data, reporting, and workforce tracking in a fast-paced construction and industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire, process, balance, and maintain daily jobsite timecard data.
  • Reconcile timecard entries against daily labor logs for accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly payroll reports and submit completed documentation to the home branch.
  • Run, audit, and verify employee time reports.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of all hours worked in accordance with company procedures.
  • Create, process, and maintain manpower reports.
  • Maintain daily and weekly labor tracking spreadsheets.
  • Administer active and inactive employee records within company systems.
  • Assist with data entry into customer-specific jobsite programs and databases.
  • Track employee drug testing, certifications, and training requirements in coordination with the safety department.
  • Process purchase orders, expense reports, fuel receipts, and company credit card documentation.
  • Order office and jobsite supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate and prepare weekly documentation packages for submission to the home branch.
  • Support jobsite operations with administrative tasks, shipment tracking, and recordkeeping.
  • Provide general office and clerical support as needed.
Requirements/Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional business-related education preferred.
  • 1–3 years of timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting.
  • Experience maintaining payroll, labor, or employee records.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling timekeeping and payroll data.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous construction, industrial, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems and customer platforms.
