Tin Dip Solder 

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tin Dip Solder Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and solder-coating electronic and mechanical components using tin dip processes to ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform tin dip soldering on electronic components and leads to remove unwanted finishes and apply solder coating
  • Prepare parts for soldering, including cleaning, masking, and handling sensitive components
  • Operate and maintain tinning equipment, solder pots, and related tools
  • Monitor temperature controls and process parameters to ensure consistent quality
  • Inspect completed parts to ensure proper coverage, adhesion, and compliance with specifications
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and industry standards (such as IPC guidelines)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with soldering, tin dipping, or similar electronic assembly processes
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay $19 - $23 / hour W2 depending on experience.
