Position Overview

JAM Best One is looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our fun-loving team at our new Toledo Retread Plant. Our Tire Inspector Technicians prepare tires by inspecting, identifying defects or damage, recording inspection results, and helping ensure that all tires meet our quality and safety standards. 

Requirements:

• Ability to identify difference in tire condition and quality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle tires safely
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Previous warehouse, tire, automotive, or quality-control experience is a plus
• Must also be at least 18 years old

The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
