Responsibilities:
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Inspect tires for wear and damage, providing recommendations to customers.
- Utilize tire-changing equipment and tools with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and stocking of tire products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals and deadlines.
- Stay updated on tire technology and industry trends to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in tire installation or automotive service preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
