Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for various vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
- Handle equipment repairs and maintain the store's facilities, including general cleaning tasks.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds in confined spaces.
- Adapt to various temperature conditions while working.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
