Full-Time Position
Production-Based Pay – Paid Per Truck
We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our warehouse team loading and unloading tires in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Unload inbound trailers filled with tires
- Load outbound trailers safely and efficiently
- Maintain productivity standards and work as part of a team
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Physical Requirements
This is a very physical job and is not for everyone.
Applicants must be able to:
- Repeatedly lift, carry, stack, and move tires throughout an entire shift
- Work on their feet for extended periods
- Perform strenuous physical labor in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Consistently maintain a strong work ethic and production pace
Compensation
- Production-Based Pay
- Paid per truck completed
- Higher production equals higher earnings
- Weekly pay
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Steel-toe boots required
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
