Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals for a tire warehouse operation in the Roanoke, TX area.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse position focused primarily on unloading truckloads of tires.

PRODUCTION-BASED PAY

You are paid per truck unloaded — NOT an hourly rate.

Truck pay is determined by the weight of each truck, with heavier loads receiving a higher production rate.

Your earnings are based on the trucks you unload, making this a great opportunity for individuals who are motivated by production and willing to work hard.

SHIFT: 4:00PM-2:00AM M-F Occasional Overtime 

 Job Responsibilities

• Unload truckloads of tires safely and efficiently
• Manually handle, move, and stack tires
• Maintain a consistent production pace
• Work efficiently with other team members
• Follow proper unloading and stacking procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety requirements
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production and workload

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment
• Able to repeatedly lift and move tires
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Team-oriented attitude
• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience is a plus

No previous lumper experience? That's okay — we can train the right person.
