Ultimate Staffing is hiring Tissue Processors for a leading medical device company in Irvine, CA. This is a high-volume, production-based role ideal for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Perform tissue processing steps including receiving, trimming, fixation, die-cutting, and measurement of biological materials
Use tools such as blades, scissors, forceps, dies, and microscopes (training provided)
Operate equipment including fume hoods, presses, and measurement tools
Verify work against specifications and identify defects or irregularities
Follow SOPs, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a structured production environment
Record traceable information in Device History Records (DHRs)
Support team production flow and adapt to changing priorities
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all EHS and cleanroom standards
Execute repetitive production tasks with consistency and accuracy to meet daily volume targets
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience required-training provided
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining accuracy
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and focus
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Cleanroom environment with full PPE (gown, gloves, mask, etc.)
Work involves consistent, repetitive hand movements and detailed processing
Must be comfortable handling animal tissue and wet processes
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while maintaining productivity
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform routine production movements
Must follow strict safety, cleanliness, and contamination control protocols
