What You'll Do

Tissue Processing & Inspection

  • Measure and prepare tissue materials using small hand tools (forceps, gauges, scissors)
  • Identify tissue sections that meet thickness and quality requirements

Quality & Visual Inspection

  • Carefully inspect pericardial tissue and leaflets for defects or imperfections
  • Maintain high quality standards throughout the process

Machine Operation

  • Operate fixation and die‑cut machines to produce tissue components
  • Follow clear work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency

Documentation & Compliance

  • Accurately complete Device History Records (DHRs)
  • Follow SOPs in a regulated medical device environment (GMP)

Cleanroom & Sanitation

  • Clean and sanitize tools and workstations between tissue lots
  • Maintain a sterile, organized workspace

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures
  • Comfortable standing and working with small tools
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Medical device, manufacturing, lab, or cleanroom experience
  • Inspection, assembly, or production background
