Ultimate Staffing is hiring Tissue Sewing Technicians to join a leading medical device company in Irvine, CA. This is a wonderful opportunity for candidates seeking an impactful role directly contributing to life-saving medical devices.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Use tools including needles, scissors, forceps, specialized tooling, and microscopes to perform assigned steps, in rotation, in the sewing assembly of valves
- Execute assembly involving animal tissue and wet processes with high accuracy
- Verify completed steps against detailed specifications and quality standards
- Follow SOPs and document work in device history records for traceability
- Maintain compliance with GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in maintaining efficient production flow and high-quality output
- Uphold a cleanroom-compliant workspace
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with microscopes, lab work, specimen handling, or cleanroom environments preferred
- High level of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Ability to perform highly detailed, repetitive technical work accurately
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling biological materials including animal tissue
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Cleanroom environment requiring full PPE (gowning, gloves, mask, etc.)
- Extended periods of sitting while performing intricate work
- Sustained concentration under microscope or magnification
- Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation of small components
- Ability to meet strict safety, quality, and contamination standards
- Physical activity may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
