Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Tissue Specialist I to assemble structural heart devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
This role requires precision sewing using suture and needle under a microscope while following strict quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities - Assemble structural heart devices following approved manufacturing procedures.
- Perform precision sewing using suture and needle under a microscope.
- Use microscopes, small hand tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment.
- Inspect components to ensure compliance with quality and design specifications.
- Support product testing, verification, and validation activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow GMP, quality, and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively to achieve production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 0 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform detailed work with very small components.
- Experience working under a microscope preferred.
- Ability to sew using suture and needle (or willingness to become certified).
- Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive fine motor tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
