REQUIRED CRITERIA:
- Deep understanding of secondary math content (algebra, geometry, statistics, etc.) and how to scaffold concepts
- NJ Teacher of Mathematics Certification
- Understanding of NJ Student Learning Standards and related to NJSLA-M assessments
- Understanding of the NJSLS Mathematical Practices
- Understanding of data-driven instruction: analyzing assessment data, progress monitoring, and adjusting instruction accordingly
- Experience in developing students' critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience in differentiated instruction and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Effective classroom management skills
- Knowledge of educational technology tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills
