    Title 1 Reading Intervention teacher will be responsible for implementing evidence-based literacy instruction aligned to the Science of Reading and Mt. Healthy City Schools Reading Achievement Plan. This role involves collaborating with classroom teachers, intervention staff, and administrators to identify student reading needs through diagnostic assessment, data analysis, and ongoing progress monitoring. The Reading Intervention teacher will provide targeted instruction and intervention in foundational literacy skills, including phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, language comprehension, and reading comprehension. Using data-driven decision-making, the Reading Intervention teacher will support improved literacy outcomes for all students. This position requires active participation within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework to ensure students receive appropriate, differentiated literacy interventions and instructional supports based on individual needs.
