Title and Loan Processor

As a Title/Loan Processor, you’ll play an important role in ensuring title and loan transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time across our growing portfolio of properties.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in title processing, deed services, loan processing, or real estate closings who enjoys managing details, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and providing a high level of service throughout the transaction process.

Your Impact

• Manage the end-to-end processing of deed backs and title-related transactions.
• Conduct title searches to verify ownership and identify potential issues involving trusts, probates, liens, or vesting.
• Coordinate loan closings and ensure all required conditions have been satisfied.
• Keep borrowers informed of their loan progress and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Coordinate the distribution of loan proceeds to the appropriate parties.
• Verify wire instructions and funding amounts for accuracy.
• Ensure funds are disbursed according to closing disclosures, settlement statements, or applicable loan agreements.
• Confirm payoff amounts for existing liens when applicable.
• Coordinate the preparation, execution, and recording of legal documents with applicable county and state authorities.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Update internal systems to reflect accurate deed, loan, and inventory status.
• Partner with internal teams, lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep transactions moving.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in title processing, deed services, loan processing, real estate closing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, title searches, recording processes, trusts, probates, and vesting types.
• Working knowledge of loan closing and funding processes, including payoffs, closing disclosures, settlement statements, and wire verification.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
