EASTERN TITLE DIVISION
Job Description:
Looking for a career, not just a job?
If you're a recent college graduate (or early in your career) who's organized, motivated, and enjoys solving problems, this could be the perfect opportunity to build a long-term career with Old Republic Title.
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in our Wilmington, DE office)
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, dependable, and eager to learn. You don't need years of experience in the title industry-we'll teach you the business. What matters most is that you have a strong work ethic, pay attention to the details, and are excited to grow in a professional environment.
This role offers hands-on experience in real estate, legal research, and title insurance while working alongside an experienced team that will invest in your development. If you're someone who likes staying organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing accurate work, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Title Production Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our team deliver high-quality title products and exceptional service to our agents. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to agent inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Opening new orders and coordinating workflow with team members.
Researching and obtaining documents from New Castle County offices.
Conducting back-title research using company records.
Supporting the team in delivering accurate title products while meeting important deadlines.
What We're Looking For
We're less focused on industry experience and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and potential.
Our ideal candidate is:
A recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to grow.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ambitious, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
A strong communicator who enjoys working with others.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online research tools.
Someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
Experience in title insurance, legal support, real estate, or Delaware land records is a plus-but not required.
Why Old Republic Title?
This is an opportunity to join a respected national company with a collaborative culture and long-term career growth opportunities. You'll gain valuable experience, receive training from industry professionals, and build skills that can open doors within the title and real estate industry.
If you're looking for a place where your work matters, your growth is supported, and your career can take off, we'd love to hear from you.
