We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Clearance Coordinator for a title company for the San Antonio, TX or Las Vegas, NV area.

TheTitle Clearance Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Review title commitments, title reports, and title searches to identify requirements and potential title defects.
  • Coordinate and resolve title curative issues including liens, judgments, unreleased mortgages, probate matters, and other encumbrances.
  • Work closely with title examiners, escrow teams, lenders, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of title issues.
  • Obtain and review documentation needed to clear title requirements.
  • Communicate status updates on title clearance to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparing files for title policy issuance and closing readiness.
  • Maintain accurate file documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure title issues are resolved prior to closing.
  • Provide support in reviewing recorded documents and ensuring proper filing of title documentation.
Required qualifications for the position include
  • 2+ years of experience in the title industry in a role such as Title Clearance, Title Curative, Title Examiner, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of title commitments, title policies, and title examination processes.
  • Experience resolving title defects and curative issues.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and title insurance practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications for the position include
  • Experience working with residential real estate transactions.
  • Familiarity with recorded documents, lien releases, probate documentation, and legal descriptions.
  • Experience working within a title agency, escrow company, or title insurance company.

Pay Rate Range: $22.00 - 25.00/hr DOE

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
