Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team in Denison, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the titling process for new and used vehicles, billing car deals accurately, and registering F&I products efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage the titling of new and used vehicles in compliance with state regulations.
• Prepare and handle billing for car deals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Register Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with dealerships, finance companies, and state agencies to ensure smooth title transfers.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and titles.
• Assist with resolving any title or registration issues as they arise.

Required Skills

• Experience with titling new and used vehicles.
• Proficient in billing car deals accurately.
