Title Clerk

Join the accounting team at Toyota of Puyallup, the #1 volume Toyota dealership in the Puget Sound! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Title Clerk.  This role is essential to keeping our dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring the accuracy, compliance and timely processing of our high-volume dealership transactions.

Responsibilities & Expectations

We expect a high level of precision, collaboration, continuous improvement with the ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.

• Audit & Process: Review and process vehicle title and registration paperwork. Submit all documents to appropriate agencies. Process titles for wholesales, LBOs and OSP transactions. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the dealership, state and federal requirements. 
• Daily Collaboration: You will communicate effectively with customers, financial institutions and government agencies. Collaborate with sales and management teams on status of licensing.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
