We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Closer opportunity available with a busy and well-established Florida Real Estate Broker/Title Company for their Bradenton,FL location.

The Real Estate Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage title files from the Sales Contract stage through processing and final closing.
  • Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures (CD) / HUD settlement statements and all required closing documents.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and internal teams to collect required documents and resolve title issues.
  • Review title commitments, clear liens and judgments, and ensure compliance with lender closing instructions.
  • Order and review supporting documents such as surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, and sales contracts.
  • Prepare the final closing package and ensure all documents are complete and compliant prior to closing.
  • Conduct the closing meeting with buyers and sellers, ensuring all documents are properly executed and finalized.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 3+ years of experience in Title handling Processing and Closing.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Closers Choice software
Pay Rate Range: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
