Role Impact This project-based role supports the accurate review and documentation of property title information. You will receive client-provided data, extract key ownership details, and create clear, organized title summaries. Success in this role means producing precise, well-documented records that support timely processing and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Review incoming client data to create structured title opinions
• Enter and log title information accurately into internal systems
• Map and organize ownership records for clear tracking and reporting
• Maintain detailed documentation while meeting daily productivity goals

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail and high-volume data entry
• Ability to input, review, and manipulate data with accuracy and consistency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a structured environment

Core Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Data entry and records management systems
• Internal documentation and tracking platforms

Preferred Skills
• Experience working with land titles, property records, or legal documentation
• Background in mortgage, banking operations, claims processing, or document review
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
