Join a fast-growing organization at the intersection of energy and food service, with a strong focus on commercial real estate and business acquisitions. This role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transactions and provides the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll be at the center of our deal activity, helping move acquisitions from idea to closing—and beyond.
  • Partner on commercial real estate and business acquisitions from initial diligence through closing and integration
  • Coordinate closely with title companies, escrow, lenders, and internal stakeholders to keep deals moving
  • Lead and track due diligence efforts (title, survey, environmental, financials)
  • Support legal counsel with contracts, agreements, and transaction documentation
  • Own the organization of transaction files, records, and deal pipelines
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, vendors, and agencies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, accounting, and operations teams
  • Help prepare materials for executive meetings, acquisition strategy sessions, and property reviews

Requirements

What you bring

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while staying incredibly detail-oriented.

  • 4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, or related work
  • Strong understanding of property transactions, title, and escrow processes
  • Be able to read, understand and raise objections to preliminary Title reports
  • Read and understand Surveys
  • Excellent organizational skills—you know how to keep complex deals on track
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail
  • Confident communicator who can work across teams and with external partners

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Understanding of the permitting process is a major plus
  • Experience with commercial acquisitions or M&A environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Visual Lease, FinQuery, or advanced Excel
  • Paralegal certification, JD, or experience supporting legal transactions

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Real deal exposure: Work across the full lifecycle—not just one piece
  • High growth environment: Be part of a company actively expanding through acquisitions
  • Cross-functional visibility: Collaborate directly with leadership and key decision-makers
  • Career acceleration: Build skills in both real estate AND corporate transactions

Compensation

The pay range for this position is targeted at $85,000+, depending on experience
