Job Summary:
Under the direction and guidance of the Title and Contracts (T&C) Manager, the Title Examiner 2 will process new & renewal short-term and right of way applications, including complete assignment applications. Oversee and manage the cancellation process for all contracts. Provide efficient, accurate
and timely examination of agreements, contracts, orders, and other legal documents to internal staff and outside representatives. Responsible for meeting deadlines; and providing accurate information. Exercise considerable independence and discretionary judgment in daily tasks and assigned workload. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to research and provide land and title reports. Ability to deal courteously and effectively with all levels of ASLD staff, including the Commissioner''s Office, members of the public, federal, state, and local government officials, and the Attorney General''s Office.

Upon successful completion of the required training and probationary period, this position may offer the ability to work a hybrid remote work schedule, based upon the department''s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. All work, including remote work, should be performed within Arizona. Remote work is a management option and not an employee entitlement or right. An agency may terminate a remote work agreement at its discretion.
