We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are seeking a detail-oriented Title Examiner for the Waxahachie area with experience in residential title examinations and exposure to acreage and light commercial properties. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, self-motivated, and passionate about research and problem-solving.

The Title Examiner is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Perform comprehensive title examinations on residential properties, including complex chains of title.
  • Review acreage and light commercial properties for ownership, encumbrances, restrictions, and legal descriptions.
  • Analyze public records, legal documents, and historical property data to determine marketable title.
  • Identify title defects, liens, judgments, easements, and other encumbrances.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed title reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title issues and ensure smooth closings.
  • Maintain accuracy while managing multiple files and deadline.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Strong experience in residential title examinations required.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret legal descriptions, deeds, and recorded documents.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience with acreage and light commercial transactions preferred.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
