Overview:The Title Manager position will be responsible for working with multiple project managers in overseeing project title teams, for projects across the US. This person should have a good working knowledge of the various document tracking systems of public real estate records and must possess competent knowledge and skills in land descriptions, terminology, easements, and a variety of conveyance documents. This role will be expected to prepare resource estimates as needed for upcoming and current opportunities as well as manage both onsite and remote project teams. The Title Manager should recognize issues of title that may need to be resolved and be responsible for managing to TRC's title procedures and reporting expectations, direct title projects and crews in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This person should be highly motivated with the ability to work without supervision, or as part of a productive team, often requiring travel to project sites as required. Other factors such as education, other work experiences and licenses or accreditations may be considered in determining the qualification being met.

Salary Range: USD $97,510.40 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
