Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: Negotiable Dependent on Experience

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Title Officer to support a growing workload for our client. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Arizona who have a strong background in title examination, title underwriting, and property research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and examine deeds, liens, judgments, easements, trusts, and other title documents.
  • Analyze chains of title and prepare preliminary title reports.
  • Verify property ownership, legal descriptions, and encumbrances.
  • Identify and resolve title discrepancies with escrow teams and customers.
  • Assist with title insurability questions and title policy preparation.
  • Review supporting legal and collateral documents, including trusts, powers of attorney, and court records.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for a Title Company required.
  • Strong knowledge of title insurance products, title policies, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Experience with DataTrace, DataTree, DTDocs, ResWare, or similar title production systems.
  • Excellent document review, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
