    Title I Teacher
    Location: Cleveland, OH
    Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Contract

    Birch Agency is seeking a passionate, student-centered Title I Teacher to join our team in the Cleveland, Ohio area. If you are dedicated to helping students overcome learning barriers, close achievement gaps, and build confidence in the classroom, we want to hear from you!

    As a Title I Teacher, you'll play a vital role in providing targeted academic support, collaborating with educators and families, and creating meaningful learning experiences that empower students to succeed.
    What You'll Do

    • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each student's unique learning needs.

    • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that promote academic growth.

    • Provide targeted intervention and individualized support in reading, math, or other academic areas.

    • Monitor student progress using data to drive instructional decisions and adjust interventions.

    • Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, specialists, and families to support student achievement.

    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment where every student can thrive.

    • Adapt instructional strategies and classroom materials to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines.
    What You Bring

    • Experience as a Title I Teacher or in an academic intervention role.

    • Strong understanding of child development, instructional best practices, and differentiated teaching strategies.

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.

    • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.

    • A patient, flexible, and solution-focused approach to supporting student success.

    • Knowledge of classroom safety procedures and educational regulations.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.

    • Valid Ohio Teaching License in the appropriate content area.

    • Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs or special education is preferred.

    • Strong knowledge of state and federal education laws and compliance requirements.
