A Title Post Closer is responsible for finalizing real estate and mortgage transactions after the closing table. They audit loan packages, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, resolve outstanding title issues, disburse funds, and record vital documents with the appropriate government offices.
Document Audit: Review executed closing packages to ensure all required signatures, documents, and disclosures are complete and accurate.
Compliance & Clearing: Verify that the loan functions meet investor guidelines and state/federal regulations.
Funding & Recording: Confirm that funds are disbursed correctly and record legal documents (e.g., deeds, mortgages) with county recording offices.
File Delivery: Ship final loan files to investors or internal custodians for funding and permanent retention.
Liaison: Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and title underwriters to resolve any trailing documentation or title defects.
This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);

Associate's degree (required) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
