We are partnering with a Clearwater based law firm that is looking to add a Title Processor/Post Closer to their team!

Title Processor/Post Closer

Clearwater, FL

Pay: $22.00-$28.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Title Processing: Order and review title commitments, searches, and surveys to clear title requirements, defects, and liens.
• Closing Prep: Prepare closing documents (deeds, affidavits, affidavits of exemption) and Closing Disclosures (CD)/settlement statements.
• Communication: Interface with buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors to schedule closings and provide updates.
• Post-Closing: Ensure proper execution, recording of documents, disbursement of funds, and final issuance of owner/lender title policies.
• Compliance: Maintain file compliance and adhere to attorney-driven quality control standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in title processing or post-closing.
• Skills: Proficiency in Qualia, Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of real estate law, escrow instructions, and title insurance policies.
