Title Production Software Administrator role for a premiere title company in Uptown Dallas.
The
Title Production Software Administrator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:- Lead the conversion from RamQuest to SoftPro, including overseeing implementation, system setup, and user training.
- Manage user permissions within the title production system.
- Oversee the conversion of RamQuest documents, reports, forms, and historical database records.
- Administer the day-to-day operations of the title production software, ensuring maximum automation and minimal downtime.
- Serve as the liaison between SoftPro, RamQuest, Benchmark Title, and the Benchmark Title IT Department to resolve issues, coordinate new requests, and manage software updates.
- Handle FinCEN reporting (if applicable), annual 1099 reporting, and other reports that can be generated through the title production system.
- Administer new employee system setup and provide orientation and training on the current title production software.
- Monitor data integrity, maintain electronic records, and ensure system configurations comply with underwriter guidelines, state regulations, and data security standards.
- Oversee third-party vendor integrations.
Required qualifications for the position include:- College degree and minimum five years of experience in the title industry.
- Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow processes, underwriting requirements, and Texas Department of Insurance regulations, including regulatory compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SoftPro software and its application across various title departments.
- Working knowledge of RamQuest software.
- Strong data management skills and experience with system conversions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
