Tasks include compiling all necessary documents, communicating with customers and vehicle owners, resolving problems and discrepancies, answering inbound phone calls, sending emails, and providing excellent customer service. Compliance with state and/or buyer requirements is essential. Where IAA has authorization to process applications as an acting state processing authority, the Title Specialist may also work within those state systems.Responsibilities Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customersProcess incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for saleKeep up-to-date on title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title/salvage lawsProvide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to external/internal partnersProvide a variety of customer support services through the mail, email, telephone and direct personal contactReview and enter title work for all customersComplete applications to transfer title ownershipEnter information from titles received from the state into the IAA operating systemStay current with title/salvage laws in multiple statesRespond to customer questions, complaints and requestsResolve problems encountered in the effort to transfer title ownershipPerform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical dutiesFollow well-established procedures and work under close direction of supervisorAssist with other office functions as neededImmediately report all violations of company policy to a supervisor or managerProtect and preserve confidential, personal customer information received and adhere to state and company records retention policies and proceduresDevelop employees as part of a progression planMaintain a culture of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and execution across span of controlOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications 1–2 years State/National title processing experience2–3 years previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirementsProficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointTypical field office environmentJob Info Job Identification 10338Posting Date 06/17/2026, 03:35 PMLocation 1340 Airport Commerce Dr, Austin, TX, 78741, US (On-site)#J-18808-Ljbffr
