WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Records Specialists eagerly assist in acting as a liaison between the credit union and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
- 5025 Adams Avenue, South Ogden, UT 84403
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- $20.25 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Work with loan officers in perfecting titles on all auto, boat, and RV loans.
- File and maintain titles.
- Research information, and resolve problems, errors, or discrepancies in records.
- Send out titles when loans are paid off; assist collectors to obtain titles for repossession.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma required.
- Prior credit union experience is preferred.
