Welcome to the Whittier City School District, a Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade school district with eight elementary schools, two middle schools, one K-8 school, and two virtual learning academies. We serve approximately 6,300 students who matriculate into the Whittier Union High School District. • College transcripts reflecting 48 college level semester units and High School Graduation/GED - or Pass District s Aide Proficiency test-call to schedule your test before closing date)

The instructional Aide is under general supervision, assisting teacher(s) in the supervision of students and routine instructional support; instructs and reinforces instruction of students individually and performs a variety of instructional activities; performs a variety of supportive tasks and follow-up activities; and does other related work as required.

• Copy of Transcript (Minimum requirement of 48 semester college units or pass District s NCLB Proficiency Exam (contact Maria Rosales (562) 789-3074 to schedule test))
• Other (Letter of Interest for the Instructional Aide position)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Please submit minimum of High School graduation/GED)
