Aircraft Electrical Engineer - WA - Area-0101
One of our client in WA area are looking for Aircraft Electrical Engineers to design, analysis, and documentation of circuits and circuit card assemblies (CCAs). Performs electrical engineering in support of new product development, contracted programs, or internal research and development, primarily focused on power electronics (power distribution, power generation, power conversion or motor control). Works well in a team environment and can also work independently on problems of moderate scope. Utilizes creative ability and engineering judgment in applying sound engineering principles.
DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Create innovative power electronics designs for flight and safety-critical systems in harsh airborne environments.
- Perform conceptual and detailed design of analog and digital circuits.
- Prepare designs, analyze and/or simulate, collect and review test data to ensure the design accuracy and suitability.
- Participate in analysis, design, development and qualification design phases.
- Prepare and present technical information at design reviews.
- Operate standard lab equipment to perform design verification and circuit testing.
- Act as technical liaison to other functional groups.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Two years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position
- Experience with and interest in power electronics, power supply design, motor control, and analog design preferred

- Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.
