123 Staffing is seeking Top Tier Temp Travel Licensed Practical Nurses to join our healthcare team. LPN must be willing to work short staff and understand that care is first. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring the well-being of individuals in the nursing home setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical environment.

**IMMEDIATE 8 and 13 Week Assignments KNOXVILLE LPN**
Pay Packages

48HR GTD $1560

$30HRLY BLENDED RATE

$45 OT RATE

$20HR taxed x 40HR = $800 weekly

$10 non taxed x40HR = $400 weekly

$45HR OT x 8HR = $360

52HR GTD $1740

$30HRLY BLENDED RATE

$45 OT RATE

$20HR taxed x 40HR = $800 weekly

$10 non taxed x40HR = $400 weekly

$45HR OT x 12HR = $540

Unlimited Over Time at the rate of $45HRLY after 40 hours

Assignments is booked as 48 hours week or 52 hours weekly. Start every Monday 12pm - 4pm.

Pay every Friday!

Duties

  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and grooming.
  • Assist in the management of patients care plan, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Practice adequate procedures to prevent infection and maintain patient safety.
  • Conduct routine assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Work under the direction of a RN.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Utilize Point-click care software for patient management, documentation, and scheduling.

Experience

  • Must Have one year of geriatric experience.
  • Previous experience working with individuals in the nursing home setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
