About the Role: 
Kuber Oregon LLC in Gresham, OR is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented To-Go Specialist to join our team! In this fast-paced role, you'll be the key connection between our kitchen and our guests who want to enjoy a great meal on the go. If you love delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Accurately package and prepare to-go and takeout orders for guests and delivery platforms
• Answer phones and take accurate food orders in a friendly, professional manner
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment
• Process payments and manage the to-go station's point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked to-go area throughout each shift
• Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:
 

• Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or customer-facing role preferred
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions via POS systems
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
