About the Role:Join DEE'S LITTLE ANGELS CCC as a Toddler Lead Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young children! We are seeking a passionate educator who will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our toddlers in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive curriculum and teaching approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:- Cda or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for early childhood development.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- State licensing requirements for teaching in a childcare setting.
