About the Role:
Join DEE'S LITTLE ANGELS CCC as a Toddler Lead Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young children! We are seeking a passionate educator who will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our toddlers in Detroit, MI.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive curriculum and teaching approach.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Cda or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for early childhood development.
  • Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • State licensing requirements for teaching in a childcare setting.
