Are you fluent in baby babble, a pro at snack negotiations, and known for your epic dance moves at circle time? We’re on the lookout for a magical human who can guide our tiniest explorers through their days with love, laughter, and maybe a little glitter.
Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):
- Turn tears into giggles
- Lead adventures in imaginary jungles, kitchens, and outer space
- Build towers, then celebrate when they get knocked over
- Rock lullabies like a headliner
- Teach kindness, sharing, and potty etiquette
Requirements:
- A heart as big as a teddy bear
- Patience levels that rival superheroes
- Experience working with toddlers (bonus points if you’ve ever worn stickers on your face to work)
- Relevant certifications (CDA, CPR/First Aid, etc.)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred, but not required
- Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
