Toddler Teacher - Founding Teaching Team

Location: The Learning Experience - Gaithersburg, MD (New Center Opening)

Pay: $17-$19 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Gaithersburg is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop language, independence, and early social skills through structured routines and hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging classroom activities appropriate for toddlers

Support early communication and social development

Guide transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers

Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment

Partner with families through daily communication

Follow health, safety, and licensing expectations

Qualifications

Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland regulations

Prior toddler classroom experience preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Reliable and collaborative team member

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
