White Oak Baptist Early Education is looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team! We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to help toddlers learn, grow, and feel safe and loved each day.


About the Position


Our Toddler Teacher will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children while supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.


Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, loving care and supervision throughout the day
• Planning and participating in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences
• Following daily classroom routines and maintaining a positive classroom environment
• Supporting toddlers with developmental milestones, including language, social skills, and independence
• Assisting with meals, diapering, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Maintaining accurate attendance, diapering, and classroom documentation
• Using Brightwheel to communicate with families and document children's daily activities
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with parents and coworkers
• Following all White Oak policies and procedures regarding health, safety, supervision, and child protection
• Working as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care
