Responsibilities:
- Plan and support the implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students
- Collaborate with team members to create a dynamic learning environment
- Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Must meet state criteria for childcare employment
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood development and education
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
