Toddler Teacher - EEC Certified

Location: The Learning Experience - Milford, MA

Pay: $20-$21 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Milford is hiring an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging classroom where young children can explore, communicate, develop independence, and build important early social skills.

Were looking for an educator who understands that toddlerhood comes with big developmental milestones-and who can provide the patience, consistency, structure, and encouragement children need to thrive.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support daily Toddler classroom routines

• Create developmentally appropriate learning and play experiences

• Encourage early language, communication, independence, and social-emotional development

• Guide children through meals, diapering/toileting readiness, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions

• Use positive guidance to support emerging social skills and classroom behaviors

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, clean, and engaging classroom

• Observe childrens development and communicate regularly with families

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership

• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required

• Previous Toddler classroom experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices

• Patient, energetic, nurturing, and dependable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
